Literacy Apps Evaluation Rubric

PAPER is a rubric that evaluates the effectiveness of literacy apps in order for teachers to be able to assign students effective apps for independent literacy skill practice in a classroom or at home.  IF you would like to assist in evaluating and sharing effective and ineffective literacy apps, please use a separate PAPER to evaluate EACH literacy app and email each PAPER to me so I can update the Literacy Apps List available on this website.  I can't do this alone, I need help since effective, and ineffective, literacy apps continue to grow at an exponential rate.
